Compliance is and remains an essential part of our strategy to protect Veritas and its stakeholders from damage and risks.
Code of Conduct
From a small Berlin company, we have developed into an internationally based company in the automotive industry.
In our long corporate history, we have always been guided by being an honest, trustworthy and reliable partner to our customers and suppliers and to all our employees.
Especially in recent years, our business has become increasingly complex and international. Our compliance management system supports us in meeting the requirements for ethical and lawful conduct in our business activities. We have set out our obligations regarding transparency, integrity and ethical behavior in our Code of Conduct.

Please include a detailed description of your concern (who, what, where, when, how) and supporting evidence, e.g. copies of documents or names of witnesses to substantiate your report. Please note that general allegations cannot be investigated.
Veritas prohibits any retaliation against employees, individuals or companies who have made a report. We also protect the rights of all affected individuals.

In order to fulfill our responsibility and protect the integrity of Veritas as well as prevent potential damage to the company, we are interested in gaining knowledge of compliance violations.
We therefore encourage internal and external whistleblowers to contact the contact points at Veritas in confidence - anonymously if desired. We investigate all reports of compliance violations and treat them in strict confidence. We do not tolerate any discrimination against whistleblowers.
