Engine Oil Cooling
High-powered engines need cooling by oil, to protect the system against overheating and avoid failures
Scope of delivery
Depending on the requirements, the engine oil lines are made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or even plastic with hose sections to compensate for movement.Advantages
- "Classic concept“ based on rubber hose (AEM or ACM) with metal tube and brazed components
- Cost-optimized rubber hose material development from AEM to ACM
- “Operational Excellence": Extensive experience with ACM extrusion at Veritas
- Variety of robust connections (e.g. O-ring nipple with flange, crimped bush)
- USP – strong low-temperature resistance important in the US market
